We are finishing up several major projects at the monastery.

The large marble Stations, which came from a shrine in New Hampshire, now line the wooded path we prepared last year. We want to thank Mr. Mark Fisher for his skill with the L-braces that made it possible to mount these beautiful pieces, and for spending so much time carefully cleaning each one. After years in storage, it is uplifting to see the Stations available and inspiring again. There are still a few finishing touches left, like work on the 14th Station, landscaping, and some adjustments, but it is good to have most of the work finished.

In April, the large marble statue of Saint Louis Marie de Montfort arrived and was placed in the new shrine in front of IHM Elementary School, just in time for his feast day. The next day, everyone from the school came together for a special blessing of the shrine. You can watch a video of the installation and blessing of this tribute to our patron saint on the monastery website here.

Both projects were real labors of love and devotion, and it is a blessing to see them coming to completion.
